The workshops, led by a Dada (traditional Moroccan cook) or a Moroccan chef, are given at the famous Maison Arabe, in small groups. A translator (Arabic / English, Arabic / French) can provide all the details regarding preparation and cooking. At the end of each workshop, the participants taste the dishes they have prepared. A half-day workshop that teaches how to prepare the traditional dishes of Moroccan cuisine. Classes daily from 9h to 12h30 and from 15h to 18h30
