A very beautiful riad with truly authentic and traditional rooms. It’s located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a very local feel—so not ideal for late parties, but great for spending quality time with friends.

One of my favourite hotels during my stay. The staff were super nice and helpful, the hotel beautifully decorated and confortable. I would recommend the riad to friends ! I also the spa & hammam offer, it was amazing !

Amazing attention to detail throughout the entire place. I had stayed in two rooms (we booked two more nights here as we wanted more time to appreciate it), both equally beautiful and so unique. The staff were extremely accommodating and helped us book a tour to the Sahara at the last minute after we had received a cancellation of the previous tour we had booked. The staff were very friendly and respectful. Food was also excellent for lunch. When I used the pool, they closed the window that looks out into it so I could have some privacy, which I really appreciated. The rooftop was also stunning and relaxing. I would return here and easily recommend it to friends.

Everything is outstanding, meaning, impressive beautiful spaces rooftop and rooms with the traditional hall to spend and share time.
But I want to highlight the service. Simo, our host, takes care of us from the arrival (guiding us through the narrow alleys), till the departure (even managing the transfer and helping us). Excellent place and exceptional service!!!! Thanks !!

The room was nice with some moroccan special ornamentations and this was a privilege. Very cozy!

The “authenticity” of the place

The staff was incredible! They arranged all our transportation. They provided maps and daily suggestions to fill our days. We booked three excursions thru the riad which were so much fun! After busy days full of sightseeing and shopping, the rooftop was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy mint tea, and a cool breeze. Meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful! What a fantastic experience.

I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know visting Marrakech: it is a beautiful older property, and it has the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The people there were always ready to answer questions, and get us whatever we needed (from more soap for the room to calling a car to providing and marking up maps with directions to local attractions). They truly went above and beyond what we expected at every turn - a member of our group got sick while we were there, and they made it clear that they would help us with whatever we needed, whether it was calling a doctor to come to the riad, running to the pharmacy to pick up medication, or brewing up some tea to help him feel better.

The rooms were very comfy, clean, and beautifully detailed. The meals were all freshly cooked and delicious. We spent many afternoons soaking our feet in the pool after walking around the souks and many nights enjoying a drink out on the rooftop and watching the sun set while enjoying the sounds of the ciry around us. I will definitely stay here again if I ever get the opportunity to return to Morocco.

We loved our stay here. Will definitely be back to stay again. The riad is located in a fantastic part of the Medina, just slightly outside of the winding streets and alleyways so fairly easy to find your way back to. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits, given a tour and left to chill by the pool. Our room was beautiful, very traditional Moroccan and beautiful lanterns and rose petals on the bed. Clean, quiet and cool. We looked down onto the pool area and it was a beautiful experience to retreat to the room to get ready as the light faded. The bathroom was fantastic, very big, gorgeous almond shower gels and hand washes and a candle lit when we first arrived with the most lovely scent.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. At no point did we feel uneasy in or around the riad. They helped with our luggage and even helped to print a boarding pass for us, gave directions and were very friendly. We had breakfast one morning which was a nice experience on the rooftop with breads, cake, fruit and tea.

Our room had a wonderful terrace and overall the riad was most spacious. The pool area was amazing, very chic and we loved the music too. Rooftop catches the sun until late and plenty of places to sit in the shade or heat.

Overall we felt we'd booked the best place around, amazing price and very friendly experience. Would recommend entirely and can't wait to visit again.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. All our trips and transportation to and from the airport were arranged through them. These all went ahead smoothly.
The rooms we had were clean and spacious.
Breakfast was plentiful and always cooked fresh on request.

Gorgeous riad that keeps a lot of it's traditional features without losing any luxuries.
All the staff was super helpful and nice.
Superb location inside the Medina but quick walk to the main road/car accessible roads.
Wish we had spend a little longer to enjoy it's many terraces and rooftops oh and the gorgeous swimming pool!

We loved our stay here.

When we arrived we were given some tea and biscuits. Then one of the staff sat down and went through the maps and sights with us. He went through in such detail that it was impossible for us to not know how to get to and from the Riad, it was really great.

Our room was absolutely stunning. The beds comfortable, air conditioned and decent size too.

The included breakfast includes something different each day.

Would stay here again. And would 100% recommend this for anyone looking to stay in a traditional Riad in the old town.

The main square was only a 20 minute walk away. Plenty of nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

We were with 2 and booked a double room. Prior departure the staff contacted us if we needed airport pick up or wanted to book spa treatments in advance which we thought was nice. They also offered to come get us at the drop off point from the taxi because the RIad is not accessible by car. I would recommend booking the transfer from & to the airport with another company because the Riad price is very expensive compared to other providers. One staff member showed us around very quickly and we got a tea at the terrace while getting some information on how t o get around which was also nice.
The place itself is awesome, the rooftop terrace is stunning and it was always clean around the Riad, even tho all the furniture seemed to be very old already. It's 5 minutes walking to the Souks and the location is easy to find after someone showed you the way once. I recommend getting Google Maps Offline to always find your way around the city.
We had to change rooms after the first night because the noise level coming from the streets is really high. You can also hear everythig going on in the 2 patios because the doors and windows are not insulated whatsoever. The second room was better noise-wise, but during the 4th night we woke up because the boiler above the toilet room was broken and water was pouring down both walls. We could not use that room anymore and it needed more than one day to be fixed. They did not dry the inside of the walls or something like that, so it started to smell kinda disgusting. I guess the standards in Morocco are different than in Europe in general, but this was a bit too much. It was our last day so we did not really care anymore. We got offered a dinner/massage for the inconvenience and we happily took the offer and both got a foot massage spontaneously. The lady did a good job, but I would not recommend doing Spa treatments there, it's located at the patio and if there are people outside chilling and talking you can not relax at all. The Spa rooms also seem to be kinda old and a bit shady.
The breakfast was in our opinion a real disappointment. The location was awesome on the roof but the variety really poor. They had 2 options of dough products every day (pancakes, Moroccan pancakes, some salty stuff, flat bread) and you could not choose between anything. One time we askes for more than the 2 we got and they told us, they calculated per room and there's no more for us. Like, wtf? There's no choice whatsoever and then you can't even get more? If you asked for fruit they said there's no fruit anymore, one time they had to go buy eggs because they calculate per person every day, that can't really be how hotels do their breakfast. Freshly pressed orange juice everyday was good.
For the staff: They seemed to be friendly and also helpful, but we always had the feeling they didn't really understand what we asked or said because one second later they did exactly what we did not ask for. They were helpful with printing boardingpasses and calling Moroccan companies which was nice. Sometimes the friendliness seemed forced tho.
In genereal the price-performance ratio was ok, but I think there are much better Riads in Marrakech.

I was here with my wife and 17 year old son in July.
We booked this Riad independently from the flight so we were a bit nervous as to how it would turn out. We needn’t have worried. It was truly lovely. Right inside the Medina but away from the hustle and bustle so was very quite and very relaxing.
The communication from the Riad before we left England was excellent! They even organised our return pick up from and to the airport.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always helpful and always smiling. Breakfast in the morning was yummy pancakes with fruit, syrup, jams, eggs, fresh coffee, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice etc...
The Riad itself is very traditional and very inviting. There are several places at roof level to sit either in the sun or in the shade. I found a lovely hidden corner with cushions and shade to read my book and fall asleep! (Two hours)
There are two courtyards to choose from. One has a lovely refreshing plunge pool. You can also indulge in a Spa if you want to. We didn’t do that though.
The room itself was clean and very comfortable. It was made up every day.
We were there for six nights and loved the whole Marrakech experience. It’s a real culture shock but one that we will always cherish.

They gave us excellent recommendations on were to eat,drink,sightseeing and they provide us all helpful infos for our stay in Marrakesh.
The Riad was very nice,clean and tidy. In our room we had everything that we might need.
Also, there is an available spa in case that you want to relax.

The only minus was that the service at restaurant was not so fast. We were waiting more than 45mins to serv. our main dishes.We understand though that this might be a common problem in all Riads design.

We were staying in a different hotel in Marrakech, due to Ramadan the spa was closed.

I have had the pleasure of being a guest at this riad 3 years ago and was excited to have an excuse to return for one of the best massages I have ever had.

I wasn’t disappointed and was delighted to return to pure delight that this riad is. The quirky spaces and levels that are throughout and just so delicately and beautifully thought out were just stunning to re-visit. This riad is like romance in a bottle!

We came for massages which again were up with the best is the best, a real treat.

We decided to stay for lunch and this was the best meal I ate in Marrakech...I opted for the salad starter, chicken and couscous main and strawberry and kiwi tart for dessert. Absolutely superb meal served on the top terrace of the Riad which again just had its own unique beauty.

I will be back again to stay here for sure.

If you want to get the real feel of Marrakesh , the culture, delicious food and feel like you are a part of this beautiful place and also feel like you have guidance - this is the place to stay !
Before arriving we let the Riad know that we were coming to celebrate my sisters birthday and they were so kind to welcome us with rose petals and a note that read

They gave us a tour of the property, a map of the area, gave us delicious Moroccan mint tea (which btw everyone needs to try ) they we’re so attentive to all of our needs and questions.

The Riad is located in the medina not reached by car and 20 minuts far from the Jemaa el Fna place. It is very beautiful and well kept. The staff is amazing and really nice in everything, they helped us in all the info and requests we had. They have a spa and a swimming pool, in winter the swimming pool is useable because the roof is covered by a plastic sheet, anyway the water is cold. The relaxed massage we did was really nice, the girls are good. Important thing to know, the Riad is really close to the famous "Hammam Mouassine". The breakfast it isn’t “buffet” formula, anyway if you ask for something more they give it to you.

Great interesting and quirky Riad. A bit off the beaten track and only accessible by walking about 5 minutes from the main road but just a fantastic place.

I cannot praise the staff enough especially Mohammad and Micheal, both these guys looked after us. We booked trips through the hotel which was done with ease and they could not help us enough. We had Fez room on the ground floor to the second Riad which was clean and comfortable, the hotels cat “Bertie” was always around and very friendly and look out for the two tortoises who live there. Lots of seating and spaces to sit and relax on. The only slight down side is if your on the ground level you will smell the drains but your on old Marrakesh so it’s to be expected and I would say don’t bother booking the evening meal and show ( see my review under Chez Ali). Food and breakfast was great, very cake and pancake oriented but that’s how it is out there but they did do omelettes for the wife who is gluten intolerant. We didn’t go in the pool or use the spa so can’t comment on that. No bar but you are in a dry country so to be expected, we just took our own and drank in on the roof balcony in the evenings. Highly recommend this Riad and thank you again for a great stay. Do be warned however if you can’t do step tight high stairs this isn’t the place for you as it does have a lot of them and the small restaurant is on the roof. Lovely old style charm.

This was a great find. It is a lovely traditional hotel.The staff are excellent - very very helpful and charming. The rooftop restaurant was very good. Great breakfasts and the evening meals were very good.

The staff was amazing, the friendliest ive ever met in any hotel, i loved the garden, we had direct access from our room and we could just sit there and relax ( watch out for the turtles they can try to attack your toe :D ). Hammam was very good. The pool was good especailly when it was 40 degrees celsius outside. I cant say anything bad about it i highly recommend it!

During our visit in Marrakech we stayed at this riad. The rooms were really good, the breakfast was free and tasty, although we stayed here just for 3 days it was everyday the same but always coffee and fresh orange juice. Its a peacefull riad with a pool and turtles through the garden

This Riad is two Riads joined together. Lots of charm, turtles wandering the couryard, rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner, lots of alcoves and hidden seating areas, plunge pool and fifteen foot ceilings. Air conditioning, helpful staff and did I mention a lot of charm.

The thing is I love these authentic places but my daughter and son in law hated it. So right, its not fancy but it is a very special local experience. Any way we had to leave after just one night becauae of it.
The room was very clean but the shower draining was terrible.
It was difficult to get there but when we finely did they were extremely nice and hospitable.
